Shipping Policy
At Fitz Lyle Studios, every order is carefully packed before making its way to you.
UK Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the value of your order:
- Orders up to £4.99 — £1.75
- Orders from £5.00 to £19.99 — £2.95
- Orders from £20.00 to £59.99 — £4.95
- Orders over £60 — Free UK delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items may take longer. Any estimated turnaround time will be shown in the product description or confirmed with you after ordering.
Prints and Artwork
Prints are carefully packaged to protect them in transit and may be sent flat or rolled depending on their size.
Original artwork and bespoke commissions may require a different delivery service due to their size or value. Delivery arrangements for these pieces will be confirmed individually where necessary.
Tracking
Some orders may be sent using a tracked service depending on the size and value of the parcel.
Where tracking is available, details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, occasional delays can happen which are outside Fitz Lyle Studios’ control.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order.
Fitz Lyle Studios cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and item so I can help resolve the issue.
International Delivery
International delivery is not currently available through the website.
